Common questions

Why don’t the lenses always agree? They’re three different traditions looking at the same day. When all three agree, the day gets a gold 吉. Most days they don’t, and that’s normal.

Do I need to know my birth time? No. An approximate time is fine, and the app works without one.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device? Open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. You’ll need to be signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with.
